Come watch “La Tortilleria”, an old fashion tortilla factory on the premises. We slow cook our own corn for hours to perfection (no mixes here). From there the corn is ground to a dough and deposited to an oven for cooking. This process is repeated all day. What you get are the freshest, most authentic tortillas available anytime, anywhere. We have a selection of other tortilla products available including: flour tortillas, whole-wheat tortillas, tostadas, and chips. Take home a pack of our tortillas today!
Want to taste a sample? Demo stations abound in the Tortilleria and throughout the store, giving you a chance to try and learn about our tortillas and the many regional cheeses, foods, and breads that make our store unique.
