Mr. Mondragon started working for the company in May, 1996 as a janitor in Southland Market. Mr. Mondragon took different positions on different departments. Mr. Mondragon worked as a produce clerk, cashier, grocery-dairy-deli clerk, backroom receiver, up to assistant closing manager. When the company opened more stores in the Bakersfield/Delano Region in 1997, Mr. Mondragon had the opportunity to manage the grocery department in both, Delano and Bakersfield Ranch Market. A couple years later, Mr. Mondragon had the opportunity to become a Store Director at the Arvin location.
In 2003, Mr. Mondragon moved to Phoenix, Arizona taking the position of Store Director at Phoenix Ranch Market # 1. In 2005, Mr. Mondragon got transferred to Phoenix # 4 and in 2007 the company gave me the big promotion of becoming a District Manager being in charge of only two stores ( Phoenix # 1 and Phoenix # 4).
In 2008 the company gave me the responsibility of managing all four stores.
EDUCATION:
Mr. Mondragon graduated from high school in 1992 in Ontario, California ( Chaffey High School)
Mr. Mondragon currently attending Gateway Community College in pursue of my Retail Management Certificate.
