Ron Enriquez started his career in the supermarket industry in 1979 at the age of 17 at the Big 8 Foods in El Paso, Texas. He started as a sacker and quickly moved up to a stocker. He was then appointed as an assistant store manager in the year 1981. In the year 1983, he was appointed store manager. After 11 years of hard work and dedication to Big 8 Foods he became General Manager and became in charge of 15 stores for the duration of his employment with Big 8. He has fulfilled 27 years with Big 8 Stores. In 2007 Ron joined Pros’ Ranch Markets and is now General Manager for Texas. He is responsible for day to day operations of managing a division and overseeing human resources. He is responsible for the sales projections, gross profit, payroll and inventory control, and employee moral He is also responsible for writing the ads along with his merchandising for their categories. Ron is a graduate from Ysleta High School in El Paso, Texas.

He is married and has 2 sons and a daughter.
