Ron Pepper is our Executive Director Of Construction for Pro's Ranch Markets. He is responsible for all phases of construction for our new stores. Beginning with fixture plans, equipment purchases,  interaction with Architects, engineers,  and city plan reviewers. Concluding with  the successful grand opening of each new Ranch Market.

Ron's background comes from 18 years with Albertsons Stores as construction manager and director of construction. during this time he opening or remodeled over 120 projects in AZ. TX. N.M. Ca.

He has extensive background in Electrical and refrigeration. as well as all other phases of the construction process.

Ron is married with one daughter and two grandchildren and has lived in Arizona since 1959.
