Andy Pederson is the Corporate Director of General Merchandise and Health & Beauty Care. Andy joined Pro’s Ranch Market in 2003, bringing over two decades of GM/HBC buying and merchandising experience. As Corporate Director, Andy is responsible for all aspects of GM/HBC department operation in all Pro’s Ranch Market Stores. This includes definition of product inventory and layout, pricing and supervision of GM/HBC employees. Throughout his career, Andy has gained extensive experience in maximizing revenue by understanding customer buying patterns, using innovative schematic design and optimizing product mix. A Phoenix native, Andy is married with two daughters and two grandchildren.
